Our virtual consultations are a quick and secure first step to dialing in a skincare system designed specifically for you and your overall objective. Your skin, our priority.
Our virtual consultation begins with a skin health and history form allowing us to get a thorough understanding of your skin and goals. We then create your customized skincare regimen with product recommendations that serve as the foundation of your skin progress. All consultations have an associated fee and in-person consults are carried out in the studio by Ursula Mayes. After booking your consultation, you will receive an email with a link for your scheduled meeting time. The online consultation accommodates out-of-area needs or clients that prefer to consult from the comfort of their home.
Each consultation is approximately 30 minutes or less, which is the perfect amount of time to discuss your skincare routine, lifestyle, ask your esthetician any questions you have and receive recommendations for your routine.
The virtual consultation consists of a skin care evaluation, product recommendations and answers to any questions you may have. When booking you will receive a product credit for $100 to spend on www.freefaceskincare.com.
Upon booking, you will be provided a questionnaire about your skin type and current routine. Please fill this out so we can prepare prior to your consultation. It is recommended that you submit 1-2 photos of your skin, from different angles, in natural lighting before the appointment. Please make a list of questions ahead of time what you would like to ask.
Please note all appointments must be cancelled 24 hours or more to be eligible for a refund. You may rebook up to two times if needed. There are options to cancel and rebook in the invite and reminder emails sent to the email address that registered the appointment.
All virtual consultations are held via FaceTime. We recommend turning your camera on if you are comfortable, as Ursula and/or the esthetician will be on camera throughout the consultation.
After your consultation, your esthetician will email your personalized routine and any recommended products or tips with links to buy. For any questions, you can reply to the email or email hello@freefaceskincare.com if there are additional questions you may have.
